Undergraduate Programs

Students in ClassroomThe Lucas College and Graduate School of Business provides a breadth of undergraduate and graduate education through three undergraduate departments and two schools, and the Lucas Graduate School of Business.

Infused throughout the undergraduate program are opportunities to develop competencies in a number of key areas – communications, global perspectives, entrepreneurship, business analysis, decision-making, critical thinking, and technical expertise in the student’s focus of study. The rigorous and challenging curriculum prepares graduates to be future leaders that succeed in the dynamic Silicon Valley and in a global economy. 

Accounting and FinanceThe Accounting and Finance department provides students with skills essential to manage and develop the frameworks for measurement, analysis, interpretation and communication of business and economic data.
Operations and Supply Chain ManagementThe Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management prepares students to become innovative leaders with a global perspective through the Operations and Supply Chain Management concentration.
Information Systems & TechnologyThe School of Information Systems & Technology prepares students to excel professionally and contribute meaningfully to the knowledge/information economy of the 21st century.
ManagementThe School of Management is home to the Management, Human Resource Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship concentrations. Management students are provided with the tools to manage organizational resources; effectively develop and lead people; and identify, diagnose, and solve organizational problems and challenges.
Marketing and Business AnalyticsThe department of Marketing and Business Analytics provides three concentration options: Marketing, Business Analytics, and Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management. A concentration in Marketing prepares students to pursue a career in a number of different areas such as sales and promotion, marketing management and social media marketing, in just about any sector. For students interested in quantitative approaches to business decision-making, the Department offers a concentration on Business Analytics. The Hospitality,Tourism and Event Management concentration incorporates multicultural-focused academic study in hotel and lodging, food and beverage, tourism, and event management with professional experiences (e.g. our Pebble Beach Connection) designed to facilitate students' transition to their chosen career.
