Submit & Track Program Proposals (Curriculog)

All program proposals are submitted and tracked in Modern Campus Curriculum (Curriculog).

How Program Proposals Are Reviewed

  1. Proposal submitted in Curriculog
  2. Department and college review
  3. University-level review (as applicable)
  4. External review an
  5. d CSU approval (if required)
  6. Final approval and catalog publication

Program Records & Catalog Information

Approved programs and official requirements are published in the Academic Catalog and Roadmaps Catalog.

  • If another department may be impacted by the proposal, Consultation (document linked) should take place.

  • When new degrees, concentrations, minors, certificates are approved , they are entered into PeopleSoft with a new academic plan code. View this guidance document for more information.

Annual Catalog Review 

  • The Annual Catalog Review is usually sent annually to department chairs and directors for review in February to March. View the Annual Catalog Review guidance document for more information.
