If the class is open and you meet the class prerequisite, enroll in the class. No permission number required for most classes

• Drop class with 100% refund

If adding 200-level + classes, approval from GAPE* is required and a registration form.

Note: Students have three days to pay for classes enrolled in after Feb 13 

Last day to add:

• Online via MySJSU (undergrad/post-bacc) without late fee
• Last day to add using OU registration form
• Submit Audit option (PDF); Credit/No Credit grading option (PDF)

Last day to drop:

• without a "W" grade
• 100% refund (no refunds after this date).
• Requires Instructor (or Department Chair). PaCE Representative**, and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean's signatures.

Spring Recess - no classes

• Last day to submit a Late Enrollment Petition for Post-Census Request(PDF) for current term
• Last day to withdraw from semester using Petition for Withdraw form:
  • Undergraduate Petition
  • Graduate Petition
  • Requires instructor, PaCE** and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean signatures

• Last day of instruction
• Last day to complete Coursework for "Incomplete Grades"

• Final deadline for Grade Submission (11:59pm)
• Last day for instructors to submit incomplete grade changes

Veteran Day - Campus Closed

Last day to
