CSU + Adobe Center of Excellence at SJSU
Supporting System-Wide Innovation, Data Sharing, and Equity
The Center of Excellence for the CSU + Adobe for All Initiative at San José State University advances equitable, future-ready teaching and learning by fostering exploration, innovation, as well as digital and AI fluency across the CSU-system.
The Center functions as both a physical and a digital hub, providing training, hands-on workshops, curricular resources, and pedagogical consultation that enable intentional integration of multimodal, digital, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
The Center promotes inclusive, scaffolded pathways to digital literacy, particularly in high-impact courses such as First-Year Writing (FYW) and DFW-rate courses, where strengthened creative and AI literacies can significantly improve retention, close equity gaps, and enhance student engagement at scale.
Call for Proposals
The California State University (CSU) system encourages each campus to submit one proposal for a project beginning in March 2026 and continuing through Spring 2027. Inter-campus collaborative proposals are also welcome.
