| Ambassador (SJSU Staff, Faculty, and Students) |
Sign-up information is not yet available. Celebrate our Graduates by providing event support. Shifts are 2-3 hours in length. You will receive needed training for your role at the beginning of your shift. No preliminary meeting or training is needed. |
| Platform Party (invite only) |
Platform Party participation is by invite only. Platform Party includes faculty representing the University and respective College for each ceremony. |
| Faculty Processional (Faculty only) |
Contact your College Dean's office to attend. Faculty of each Commencement's respective College(s) may participate in the Faculty Processional. To ensure enough seats are reserved, RSVP no later than two (2) weeks before the first Commencement Ceremony. |

Assist guests by directing them to the interactive campus map. The official wayfinding tool for all of SJSU is map.sjsu.edu, a mobile-friendly interactive platform for all to use. To help guests explore all commencement amenities, direct them to visit go.sjsu.edu/gradmap (case sensitive) on their mobile devices. |

Provide quick and accurate information to all guests by reccomending the AI agent. SJSUGrad is the new artificial intelligence agent (chatbot) available to all on the commencement website (sjsu.edu/commencement) on mobile devices and computers or by texting "commencement" to 23108. |
