Adobe Sign Migration

Project Overview

San José State University is transitioning from DocuSign to Adobe Sign for university electronic signature services. This change will align SJSU with the CSU Chancellor’s Office agreement with Adobe and bring SJSU into closer alignment with other CSU campuses using Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Timeline & Migration Phases

SJSU’s transition from DocuSign to Adobe Sign will occur in phases. This approach allows SJSU IT to coordinate template migration, user training, testing, support, and department readiness while reducing disruption to university operations.

Template & PowerForm Migration

As part of the Adobe Sign migration, SJSU will review existing DocuSign templates and PowerForms to determine which should be recreated in Adobe Sign.

Training & Resources

SJSU IT will partner with Adobe to provide Adobe Sign training and documentation as the migration progresses. Resources will be added to this page as they become available.
